Occupier Consulting eliminates the conflicts of interest inherent in traditional commercial real estate brokerage  by only representing the tenant in a commercial real estate transaction. The landlord is NEVER a future client so we can push as hard as the situation allows and the tenant deserves. 

Steve Walbridge has advised occupiers since 1982. He has  completed over 15 million square feet of transactions and has been a principal in nearly $400m of development and $200m in office acquisitions.
